Advisor advised me on getting 36k mile service even though my car is only at 26k miles! Then when I picked up my car he said I needed new tires and that my car needs tires every 10k miles. I’m extremely upset and after over 10 years I don’t think I will be returning.

I would like for my battery to be replaced and it was not. My car is 2 years old and should not be having battery issues. I drive a lot and need my car to be dependable and that is why I purchased my Lexus and to already have battery issues after 2 years is very frustrating.
