My husband made my appointment with Jesse for my RX350 scheduled maintenance and oil change. I was concerned about a noise that needed to be looked into. Jesse was very personable, professional and understood our concerns. Although my car was held longer than expected, he made himself available to us via texting throughout the entire process. We appreciated that he was experienced and confident in his work. Overall, this was a positive experience and I am very satisfied with the care we received !
I am very satisfied with the care, maintenance and support I received from Lexus. Darin went the extra distance to ensure that my concerns were addressed. My car was making noises that I could not identify, but was later discovered by him. Additionally, it was covered by my extended warranty and I couldn’t be happier !! Thank you for making this a positive experience for me !!!

Jesse did an amazing job!!! on the other hand Jovanni Sedano promised my car by 1-1:30, keep in mind I dropped off my car at 10:45 am and I ended up getting my car back at 4:30 which was ridiculous amount of time to wait. And was also recommending work that my car doesn’t even need!!
But Jesse came through by making sure I got my car as quick as possible
I was never informed by Jovanni that I could get a loaner or get a ride to the shopping center, and had to walk for the misinformation
Later I was informed properly by Jesse.. again my respects for Jesse for going above and beyond for an unhappy annoyed irritated customer who waited almost 6hrs to get her car back!!
