Usually they wash and clean my car inside and exterior...nothing was done and with amount I paid atleast that service should have been done.
Jake is ready to help with your Lexus when and where he can this is very valuable of course two Lexus owners and Lexus dealerships I believe if he worked in any other areas for Lexus The quality of his work would be the same however I cannot at this time say the same for the mechanical work on my car although it’s a team approach it’s not always easy to figure out exact reason for any problems whichever might occurl

We’ve bought 3 cars from Lexus of Valencia. Scott and Bryan were my service advisors for decades. After they both retired, I was afraid I would not find another SA as good as they were.
Jesse and I clicked immediately. I knew right away that he was my new guy. Great service.

For starters I had a flat tire that you could not repair, because you stated it was not in stock. just on the face of that, this is a horrible experience.
The otherwise simple repair left me stranded. When you immediately offered me a loaner, you did not have EV options. So I was forced to borrow a car that required filling up gas. For which I spent over 40 because I live far away and had many errands to run. Note I had already purchased the entire warranty when I bought the car. I also wasted over two hours of driving back and forth to drop off the car and wait around for check in and check out. Miraculously, you ended up finding a tire late the same day. Therefore, all of this hassle was for no reason. Note that this is the second time you did not have a tire in stock for me.
This was, by far the most inefficient repair I've ever witnessed.
