This is the first time I've met Jake, and he has been a pleasure to work with for our car service!
Our pick up of the vehicle was delayed by an hour after notification. We were ignored by Mr Colon for about an hour as we waited.
Service was below standard due to the fact, battery was found to have low CCA, recommend to replace battery. Colon at no time called to advise the replacement of the battery during service. Colon made the call himself not to replace battery during service and advised, I might want to replace battery once I noticed it was giving me problems.
He was very nice providing great "old-school" customer service.
Jesse is great, the new impersonal AI system for booking time is very unlike the Lexus brand and more suited to bargain brand cars. If it continues to be as it is I will visit other dealers for my next car.
