Mr Jake was an excellent service consultant, he did what ever he was able to help . Lexus has excellent staff.
My complaint is all the bad reviews on 12 v bad quality . I wouldn’t expect to be stress if I don’t drive the car much or that I need to put miles on it otherwise my 12v battery dies . I have had other models ( not Lexus ) and never needed to stress or thin k if my car will turn on if or have an emergency any day and fine that I need to jump start battery.
Batteries need to be better quality. Many family members have Teslas and never needed to stress if their act will start . Lexus needs to see this issue to fine a trusting company to buy quality trusting batteries . Clients buy Lexus because they think it’s a trusting car. I am 71 yrs old and I don’t drive much and don’t put much mileage . I am terribly disappointed reading so many bad reviews on 12x battery.

Ali was the worst service manager i have ever had to deal with. I will be filing a claim complaint with corporate as well he was disrespectful and raised his voice to me and my sister. And when threatened to complain to corporate he said he was sorry. I wanted to purchase another Lexus car. But will not at this dealership and if asked by others I will express to them how horrible of an experience I have had. He needs to be fired.
Jake was my service advisor, not Jesse, and Jake was very helpful and pleasant. The guest waiting room was very uncomfortable as it had no back support on the bench seat. I had back surgery and it requires the back support. We really enjoyed the old layout and the individual seating with arm chairs.
When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was told to wait in the lounge for Jesse only to be finally told that Jesse had left for the day. It would have been nice if Jesse had called or text me to say that he was leaving and I should complete my service with another service agent. I’m usually very satisfied with every aspect of Lexus customer service and repair, but this shouldn’t happen.
