Jesse colon was , professional, mindful, and accommodating. My only issue with the whole experience was that their was a 1,000 dollar difference between my estimate and my final bill. But what can I do, it costs what it costs, and now my car is safe too drive. For that I’m am thankful too your whole Lexus team.

Jake helped me understand some of the vehicles's functions. I was amazed at his willingness and knowledge . He's patient and respectful. I hope I get him next time my car gets serviced.
