Well I was under the impression that I would get my complete maintenance on my car Since I had a life time warranty for my car that would include tire rotation oil change and filer I was told I needed to do a break oil change and tire rotation I would have to pay for that. Pls check my paperwork when i purchase my car. I am pretty sure I have all that covered. Thk you. Eleanor M
Jesse is a first class representative of what a service advisor should be— friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. Because my Lexus is out of warranty, I can basically take it anywhere for service and may even be less expensive. But because it is such a pleasure working with Jesse and because he is so trustworthy, I wouldn’t even consider taking it anywhere else. Jesse is an outstanding representation of Lexus of Valencia!!!
