Service was great... I am very disappointed in LEXUS not being able to give me the second key to my car after 8 months of waiting, yet if I pay over $200, the dealer can make me a key... That is plain BS and very poor customer service by CORPORATE. This is the 4th Lexus we leased & I am very upset

My service advisor is Brian Stover. First, they rotated two of my best tires to the back at my last service. Why would you do that? Also, when my car was done, nobody called me the car was done. They just ordered a Lyft without calling me. Also, when I got my vehicle inspection report, there was a red on the clutch operation. They never mentioned when I picked up the car. When I tried to call them after I saw the report, nobody returned my phone call. I would not go back to Brian Stover again. Next time I'm picking a different service advisor
