I also never feel like he’s trying to sell my on anything, and is just focused on making sure my car is up to date with the services it needs. The appointment is always quick and the turnaround time, from car drop off to pickup is awesome! David makes the entire process, even coordinating with Lyft, seamless! He’s always upbeat and positive with a big smile! Lexus is lucky to have him!
