The service dept had no one to greet us was totally unorganized and on the rude side. I understand that there is a remodel going on, however this was obviously not the first day. Then when I went across the street for the waiting room, there was absolutely no a/c. Yet the front sale area was much cooler as they had several fans around. I mentioned not as I left and was told “that’s the way it is”. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was basically the same attitude as when I dropped off. I had to go looking for someone to find my service person who was not Robert but Scott Definitely not worth the hour drive to be treated so poorly. At this point I’m sorry I leased this vehicle. Also I’m having a couple of other issues with the vehicle but was told I’d need to make another appointment to review them. I’ll be looking for a different dealership to take it to in the future and it will not be owner by keys

The working conditions for Scott is horrific, he along with his team should be commended.
