over three hours to have my tires rotated with an appointment is ridiculous.
Bryan, the service manager was nice and professional indeed and I appreciated the courtesy but even though I can’t comment on the quality of service , the car wash was very sloppy and makes me wonder about the rest of the service. The car had many spots on the windshield snd when I opened thd door the rims were still dusty, so for ehat i did notice, very poor quality. In fact the service manager himself said he had to have thrm rewash, but it was hard to believe.
Bryan gives the most professional and friendly service I’ve ever experienced. He has been helping us for about 15 years and we have always been very happy. Thank you for being awesome Bryan!

Second visit to pick up second key fob and it still has yet to be programmed due to the Lexus system being down.
I bought my car nearly six months ago and I still do not have my second key fob. This is not acceptable.
