Edward has been my service advisor when I go for service. He consistently gives excellent service and very professional like a luxury dealership should have.
David was great. Unfortunately the car wash wasn’t. The car was cleaner when I brought it in for service. Windshield was dirty and windows had dust all over. The gentleman that brought the car up for me to drive off was made aware.
I have never been so disappointed in a service advisor and my experience there at Lexus.
David was Not responsive, he didn’t take the time to follow up, he was hard to get a hold of, there was more work, added to my car and it was just a mess.
Also, I left messages for the service manager for three days in a row and now Wednesday night, and I still don’t have a callback from him.
I will never use you guys again
Edward is excellent all the time in every category. I always have complete trust and confidence in him. He is absolutely a great representative for Lexus! I see him excelling soon. That would be wonderful!

Always a great experience
As always, excellent service from Robert Melville as well as up to
date communication on what the problem was and how to fix it.
Regardless of the large crowd waiting for service, the construction going on (very loud), and the high temps, Robert Melville (Scott) helped with getting me my new battery in me car, explaining it very clearly, providing me with a ride to and from home, all in a very helpful and professional manor.
