I was definitely satisfied with Scott’s service and greatly appreciate his advice. Although the diagnoses ended up being rather grim, I came to get answers and clarity on the car’s condition, and that’s exactly what I got from Scott. I also wanted to thank the technician Richard for going the extra mile and plugging in that little airbag connector under the seat; he didn’t have to do that and could’ve charged me extra for it, but the honesty and integrity of these folks will definitely have me coming back.
Scott was professional, yet friendly. He was efficient, even though I could tell the Service Department was quite busy. It was a great experience.

Just have nothing to say about this just never do business there I will trade Honda off even if I have to take a lost life to short to worry about this u should of checked warranty that u sold me before you did anything to it

Im always pleased with the service department. They are fast at accommodating your appointment time and very trustworthy. All of the staff is very friendly.
It seems that 90 min was an excessive amount of time for the type of service! I may not understand the work that is required but with no way to travel and nothing in immediate vicinity to provide a diversion!
