They broke a piece of my door and then acted like it was that way when I came in. Then they seemed shocked that I expected them to fix it. No apology- just acted like I was an inconvenience. I will be going to the Honda dealership in Indy from now on. Terrible experience!

I was quoted 450 for a repair and charged 625. There was an additional inspection cost. That should be included in the repair, not broken out separately and charged at the end in excess of what was quoted

I get all of my vehicle maintenance done at Honda. I have always been treated with respect and all the staff that I have dealt with have always been very knowledgeable, friendly, and they make me feel welcome and they make me feel that they appreciate my business. The facilities are very nice.
