I recently had my Honda Pilot in for service and was very impressed with the experience. The team got my vehicle in quickly and provided excellent customer service throughout. They even gave me a ride to work, which was a huge help. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this location!

I was told after the oil change that I should have the tires rotated before snow and they recommended changing cabin and air filters at that time. This all could have been completed at the oil change, if they had asked vs. me have to come back in 6 weeks.

The check-in procedure was efficient. Mat listened to my questions and answered them clearly. My car was serviced in an hour as I had been told it would.
I am pleased with the planning and scheduling by the service department. The schedule to perform the warranty work was made to coincide with receipt of parts. I dropped my truck off early. Work was performed quicker than scheduled. I picked up my truck and all the paperwork awaited me. I was pleased with the attention I received.
