Felt they were rushing me to get in and out. Still complaining about rattle but they told me they just had the lube people do the job and they do not do that type of work. Really! The van was there and on lift and they couldn’t just check??? When I made the appointment I listed this concern. I realized they could not take van out due to weather for a test drive as we discussed at counter. This is unacceptable and the second service. Also I received this service review notice a little after 7am. Saturday! Can you send them a little later?
