I don’t like your tech guy informing Honda said the work u did should have took 9.2 hours but took six. So I have to pay three hours for what. And the tech guy said I was penalizing the mechanic. The mechanic did get paid for six hours did he not. So did the technician go on a three hour break. I would assume he worked on someone’s vehicle while I am being charged. Look at it this way. When I was in business I always gave people an estimate if it didn’t take as long on the estimates I charge them for the time I worked. What u r doing is very dishonest.

The tech was wrong. He recommended a cabin filter change when I had personally put a new filter in a month ago. You guys start nickel and diming me I’m taking my business elsewhere. Brittan was great, but you have some real dipshit techs working at the Terre Haute dealership.
