A service tech never came out to go over the service.
The checkout lady had to catch that the air cabin filter was damaged and had not been replaced.
After it finally was replaced, upon turning the air on in the vehicle there was a thumping grinding noise. We turned off the air so it would not cause further damage.
We called back. Everyone was gone as it was after 12:00pm. We left a message.
We feel like we can't drive it with AC because we are afraid of doing damage. The AC was working fine with no noises or problems before it was serviced on Saturday.
Daniel took his time & told me all about the service that was done on the truck. I liked the samples that he showed the different tire samples that showed the wear & also, on the brakes
I was very satisfied.
Car finished when time quoted.
Very happy that they were able to get all of the issues I had taken care of and very happy how Tim stayed in contact and gave me updates on how things were going

Not certain the tech went through the checklist correctly, Vehicle doesn’t have a cabin air filter but marked good. Tire pressures just like 32 for all 4 but tundra wants 31 and 28 I think or something different, not a big deal since tires were hot.
But leads to wonder if checkpoint inspection done completely.
Also took truck for rotation to Firestone afterward (Firestone tires, rotation free) and they did a free brake inspection as well…which included more than I asked but they said a few things that I question.
Toyota said my air filter was good.
Firestone said air filter needs changed.
Toyota said my battery was good.
Firestone said my battery needs replaced - I wrote down both measurements and believe Toyota saying it’s good. Specs were both close enough and within measure of what truck needs.
Firestone did a strip test for brake fluid and said it failed but those aren’t reliable with different brands, and suggest rear brakes done…not sure if I trust a tech at Toyota now to do it…but may call and inquire who would do it.
All in all, quick service and overall good. But usually the inspection report more filled out or evidence of it being done correctly.
