I asked the guy who checked me if they could use an impact drill to help get my license plate off and the guy immediately said it will be 70 dollars. I just need med help getting it loosened. I had the other one loose. It seemed odd he could help or immediately say no to trying to help a customer. I probably will not be back because of it.
Customer service is everything and, for a change, I was pleased with his greeting and manner throughout. In the past there have been no smiles and frequently no look up from phone. It's all about the person in front of you.
