Seemed a little slow. Spent almost 4 hours there. They got everything done
I'm not satisfied at all nor will I ever be back. Your service department gave my wife the runaround the entire time she was there passing the buck on a battery warranty in which was bought at the time of purchase of the vehicle. They repeatedly stated that the parts department bought the battery so they are the ones under which the warranty falls and not us. The lady at the service department that my wife spoke to was not willing to help in any way shape or form and in fact wanted to charge my wife for a part that should have been covered under warranty. This is not like us to leave a bad review but you're department has done us wrong multiple times now and we will not be back not will we recommend you to anyone.

Barb Roseberry was great—friendly, easily approachable, knowledgeable, took time to find my warranty which originated in Florida. She was able to answer my questions about the wear on the brakes and tires so I can plan when to replace them, etc. I’d rate her 11 out of 10!!
