Had to return to the dealership, after finding the oil filter skid plate cover was left hanging open, to have it put back in place.
The service team has been amazing for the last 3 years i’ve owned my 4runner. Literally the easiest experience & it makes scheduling my oil changes, etc. so easy when i don’t feel like it’s a hassle to get it done.
Barb just is not very friendly. I get my car serviced there and everytime she looks acts and talks like she is mad at the world. When I go in I try not to deal with her

am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Barb Rosemary. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and I arrived early at 9:20. By 11:00 AM, I received a notification on my phone that both the inspection and service were completed, and I was able to view the report digitally. Despite this, Ms. Rosemary did not come to get me until almost 12, nearly an hour after the work had already been finished, and offered no explanation for the delay or courtesy update.
The reason for my visit was an issue with my tire pressure sensor lights not reading. I was charged $80 for an inspection, which I was more than willing to pay if I had actually received any sort of useful explanation. Instead, when I asked Ms. Rosemary about the results, she was dismissive and condescending, telling me the sensors were simply “broken” — something I could have figured out myself without paying $80. Despite asking multiple times, I was given no real clarification and she repeatedly told me “like I told you, the sensors are broken”. This kind of vague and unhelpful response is completely unacceptable, especially when I’m being charged for a professional diagnostic.
I have been a loyal customer and have previously purchased a maintenance package, so I will be finishing out the services I’ve already paid for. But once that package is used up, I have no intention of returning. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. I expected better, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Had a great experience today, my car was finished sooner than expected, without a lot of suggestive selling.

Katie was excellent! She listened to me and understood my concerns. She reported back to me the technician's findings and even made a suggestion that will hopefully help with my issue - mice getting into the cabin filter! She provided a very pleasant experience. I appreciated her compassion.
James is an efficient and friendly professional. The lube crew is top notch. Definitely recommend.

Did not put my valve stem on correctly, ended up getting a flat tire and have to drive an hour again to come back to get my rim fixed.
