I’ve always had reservations about taking a vehicle to a dealership after the warranty period expires, however, I have a renewed trust based off my recent experiences with Toyota of Terre Haute’s repairs on the company vehicle I drive.
When my wife and I are in the market for our next vehicle we’ll definitely be looking into purchasing a new Toyota here.

Barb is great to work with The only problem is that this program is not user-friendly!
This is the third time I’ve been here and each time I am treated rudely when I first arrive , don’t even acknowledge me or politely say they will be right with me like normal service people do, Barb my associate was nice but the others have been rude each time . The men working there are extremely unpersonable and need some work -walk past you with a sour face should not be working up front with that attitude and should try smiling more. Also my “new”tire was filthy - I have never experienced that at a dealership. Used to work at a Toyota dealership so this is surprising and unheard of .

How about some reliable guest Internet? I've been coming here for years and it's been terrible for years. Whatever service you're using, get rid of it and try Starlink. It's an incredibly reliable satellite service, and well worth it.
You offer an online service summary while customers wait, but they can't even look at it until they get home. That's not the best use of the technology.
