First off, i coukd not hear his mumble jumble communication via stupid video. Social media for ya! Whatever happened to eye to eye communication. And, i dont understand how a 60,000 dollar vehicle needs 4500 dollar oil leak repair @18,000 miles. Wtf

I do not appreciate the attempted upsale to take my oil
change to an amount over $220. I was told my windshield washer spray nozzles were cracked and needed replacement, when they were just frozen due to the extreme temperatures. When leaving the dealership my husband and I used them and they worked just fine. That is dishonest and should not be tolerated
