Despite issues with the online booking process, the service department fit me in for my oil change at the end of their day.

Barb was great to work with very accommodating to my schedule in getting my vehicle in for service & repair. I liked the text updates I received keeping me apprised of vehicles progress. Happily the service & repair was done much sooner in the day then expected.
On a side note when trying to initially get scheduled I had called three -four times leaving messages & only received one call back. I eventually just told the dealership operator & she got me directly to Barb who took great care of me from there. Wish some service text option or on-line schedule option request existed.
