Understanding things happen, we were told the service to change the tires would be 1 hour. We waited 2 hours & 20 minutes. This would have been a problem if we had other plans.

The service for my car seemed very good. Something is off with the facility and customer experience. Men’s bathroom was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned the night before. Grease marks on floor, dirty toilets, floor around toilets, sinks and area around all dirty. Also, I can only compare to previous visits and I noticed a deteriorating facility and number of employees was low. So it seemed off from previous experience.
Tim has kept us in the loop during repairs and that is most appreciated! He gives us options when they are available. 10 out of 10!

Very satisfied with our service done..we had a tire rotation, and a oil change. Jawaun Thurston was professional in his job, and answered all our questions that we had..He is an asset to the service department..
