I think it was Katie that actually waited for me. She was wonderful. Very kind, courteous, & answered my questions. Mechanic didn't reset my car. Realized today that my car is still reading that "Maintenance required" every time I start my car. It's annoying.

Your text system needs work. It did not work on my iPhone. Representative was friendly, but she did not go over service info as in the past. The technician who worked on my car was great.
My biggest problem with your service was I had to wait a month for my oil change. My car was not happy about that. It gave me messages everyday about service until it finally got very stern.
Surprises they didn't elaborate on tire tread, nothing was mentioned.
I always get excellent service here, but Barb was especially diligent in keeping me updated as to progress and cost factors. Really impressive!
