Mr Tim continued to update me through the process of the servicing of my vehicle and just wanted to thank you for servicing a vehicle that wasn't Toyota!
They notified me that we will need to get new tires, and said they would not rotate the tires because of this. But when I drive my van it wobbles like it needs aligned. So I wish they would have at least checked that even though they didn’t rotate the tires.
Tim was great—kept me informed of updates and explained my service, answered all my questions, Toyota Terre Haute has kept my 4 Runner in top shape for 12 years—I won’t go anywhere else for service or trade in

Tires were under inflated. They were at 29 psi. I had to air them to 35 psi.

An hour after appt. Not started tire rotation. Floor mat not vacuumed checked tire pressure and every tire different pressure. Not happy.

It was odd that the technician wanted to charge us for the repair to a tire that needed to be replaced. We did pay for 4 new tires on the Rav 4 but weren’t charged for the tire repair to a tire that was thrown out.
Only wish it hadn’t taken so long. But it really was no surprise.
Katie was nice. My 10,000 mile service was complete. Not much else I could say about it
