Took a little longer than usual but she did come out and explain why. She also gave me a 10.00 discount due to delay and inconvenience. They did not go over service details as before but it was in receipt they gave me. I sure wish they had policy of washing cars at service. But they have always been a good service team and this is second Prius bought there. And saw that the agent who sold us this car is still thereJeff Eads.
The work was done in a very timely manner and all persons involved were kind and professional.

Second time I have come in for service and it hasn’t been completed because “they sent us the wrong part”. Didn’t bother me too much the first time because I realize mistakes happen. Second time after difficulties in finding a ride I was very annoyed. Would have taken it better if the guy checking me out would have apologized and taken responsibility but it was the same thing. “THEY sent us the wrong part”.
Everybody was very polite and helpful. I especially appreciated the opportunity to talk with and learn from the I'm going to call him the lube man as well as the gentleman who checked me in. They both gave me some good insight about my car. Also I appreciate it decaf coffee
I’m have always used synthetic oil and specifically requested it yesterday, Nov.1. After waiting for 2 hours on the service, I was told that the synthetic oil had been used. When I questioned the print out, the cashier went to the shop to ask and it was NOT synthetic oil.
So disappointed!

Yes Bryan was very helpful. You were all so very kind. Since the death of my son my short term memory is gone. The lady in the office window and the financial advisor who let me talk about my son and share with them what he means to me ......I am so grateful for them to have listen to me. I can't remember their names but thank you both.
I wish you could come up with an express oil change. I waited over an hour for it to be done.
