Always professional and proficient
I went there for the recall, somehow has to do with cover. I believe they fixed the recall, but there was a strap loose literally needed two screws, which was there to tighten up. They charge me $30 to tighten two screws without my consent.
Everyone is so nice and explained to me what would b done and ask if I wanted to wait or if I’d like them to take somewhere. I waited which was fine. I enjoyed talking with my salesman (Matt Petcher) and looking around the showroom and the lot just to see what was new.
Tim and Nate serviced my rav4. Both were fast, careful, and repaired my vehicle quickly. They both did a great job and I appreciated it. Thank you
