Everyone friendly and kind had me out of there before they said. First time there with my new car. Nice and clean waiting area. Barb was very nice even though she was very busy. M. Patrick.
They did not put a sticker on my windshield to let me know when my next oil change is due. They did not tell me ahead of time that it would take 3.5 hours. They could at least kept me informed at the dealership about the progress and when they expected to be done.

Barbara was a pleasure to work with. Friendly and welcoming. She took care of my mistakenly coming in a week too early and was very accommodating. And her tine estimate of 2 hours was right on the money. Next tine I cone in, I want Barb as my service advisor.
Service that was delivered was excellent. But Katie unfortunately did order the wrong size tires and they will need to call me for another service call when they are able to obtain the correct size. It would have seemed to me that tires should be something easy to obtain: further they should have been able to schedule the repeat appointment while I was there and not have me waiting to see when that is going to be possible. Only thing was when my car was done everyone in the service dept was at lunch and my car was done and no one told me.I saw it sitting out there and had to find someone to help me.

During the power outage and my visit I was able to meet several of the fine, courteous and friendly workers.
Barb of service called me this morning as I had forgotten to have my car there. Got it there, and their power had failed. She called me on her personal cell to alert me that they may not get to it.
Power came back on, and service complete.
As a customer, I was impressed with her caring and alerting me.
As usual,very efficient and professional service. GREAT attention to detail.
I asked to have the tire pressure sensors checked. They said the test would cost me $90.50. I said OK they told me all four sensors needed to be replaced and it would be $840 to replace them. I got a second opinion from another company they did not charge me for the test and they said they were all good. Nothing wrong with them.
