They were a great team. They explained all of my issues in great detail and performed the oil service correctly. The other Springfield,Mo forgot to put my oil filter in the truck. I had the original oil changed in Springfield, but they had forgotten the oil filter so Tara who had to do the oil change and the filter and then they got paid from the Springfield Toyota dealership. They also found several issues that were done with the oil lid and possibly twisted the valve cover for it which created more headache for me so thanks to Tara who for touching that as well also, I had three shocks that were leaking that the other dealership didn’t make me aware of so tell her who did a great job

I still feel my service should of been under warranty since my is just a year old. That part should of not come off so easily just by driving in the rain!

I've always used conventional oil in my truck. This last scheduled service your techs used synthetic oil. I would think with all your your service records at hand someone would have noticed.

I specifically ask the service advisor if they could just look at the window wiper washer mechanism because if wasn’t working. He said ok. When I got the text with the multi point inspection report the wiper/washer fluid was check off as working? Apparently the service person was just checking off boxes without actually checking. This leads me to question if he even did the oil change and the tire rotation that I was there for. I have now lost trust with Toyota of Terre Haute and will seek sales and service from another dealer.
