Neil did a good job. He listened to me and understood what I wanted done. He didn't try to pressure me to get other suggested services, we just discussed them. My truck is not a daily driver, more of a classic vehicle at this point. I like doing my own work on it. If I get stuck with something I'm much more likely to bring it in knowing I won't get pressured for additional services. Thank you.

the communication was horrible and I was lied to. & asked them to clear my maintenance button 3 seperate times and it wasn’t done.

The service was exceptional friendly and knowledgeable. All personal was extremely helpful. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time. I felt very comfortable in this environment. It was clean and spacious and well organized. I would recommend to friends and family for sure. Thanks to all great job.

Aaron is one of the best advisors I've ever worked with. I had to contact him several times with concerns, once 3 times in 1 day, and he was patient and understanding answering my questions. Things like that keep me coming back.

Rylan communicated well with me, he was great! I have one issue however, when I made my appointment by phone and when I dropped it off, I said I wanted my radio looked at along with my 10,000 mile service. I am randomly losing FM radio, then it randomly works. I understand the tire/oil change technicians have limits to what they can do, but I now need to schedule another appointment. This should have been scheduled at the same time with a line technician to deal with my radio. It would have saved Carlson and myself time. Thanks

Vehicle distributed tiny pieces of paper in the cabin. Replace cabin filter and asked about tractor and Battery filter was not giving a reply or report. Otherwise service was great
