After arriving with my car, I was left standing before anyone approached me. That person said someone would check me in. After another 5 to 10 minutes, Aaron approached me and started the check in process. Car wash was mediocre as bugs remained on front and back of side mirrors. May try Luther in Golden Valley next service. Not impressed. Average at best.

Brought vehicle in at 1:18 for a 1:15 appointment (so slightly late). Was told appointment (oil change) would take approx 1 hr, maybe a little longer, so expected completion around 2:30/2:45. At 3pm saw vehicle pulled up but no text update received. Waited a couple minutes, no text. Checked with a service tech, who located my technician to go over inspection results. Technician was very helpful and answered all my questions. Paid for service and got out to vehicle where drivers seat was nearly all the way forward. This was unusual, in 20+ years of service at Carlson the drivers seat has never been moved, especially not so far forward. Not meeting timing expectations and the adjusted seat are small issues but left me unimpressed.

So after I picked up the car , the tag in the car said brakes poor. No told me or tried to upsell that to me. Now I will need to schedule a brake job at a dealership

Great service. Only issue was I couldn’t hear Aaron’s Voice during his video inspection of car. Too many competing voices and ambient noises drowned him out.

I appreciated Neil helping me to get a $20 refund on the battery. I had a coupon in the car for $20 off and I forgot to give it to them prior to the purchase so I called and spoke with Neil and he said he would connect me with someone who could take care of it.

When someone goes on a break or lunch,give your customers to someone else to follow up. So the customer doesn't have to wait for service to get things done. I was there from 2:20-5:45 too, getting my car service with an oilchange,lights(which they missed), and a new battery. Aaron made it better with a discount. The follow up was poor; a long standing customer:I will return but expect better service from start to finish.
