Completely disappointed in Nick and his service. Brought a vehicle in that was under factory warranty. Plus we have a extended warranty as well. They would not warranty the part that was damaged. Would even try to file a claim. Had the vehicle in 5 times and nothing was solved. Worst service we have ever experienced! 0 out of 10 in our book.

I had to initiate updates on the car. 7:14 am check-in, Almost 11 am check out... for oil, tire rotation, and brakes discovered during inspection. That was not reported to us until after 9:30 am when I asked what was happening with the car. So much time waiting at your service center. It would have been more if I had not got up to ask. I will be taking the car elsewhere in the future.

My car was towed in because it wouldn't start even tho I had used it an hour before. I was sure it wasn't the battery, but it was. Scott kept us informed and we got the car back the next day. However I need the name of the towing company to get reimbursed.
