I was not completely satisfied, I was satisfied though. Scott was friendly and helpful. For some reason though when I'm told I'll receive a call on a certain day with a status update I never receive this call. Both Scott and the previous representative for my last service did this to me. Promised a call with an update and days go by before I finally call in myself. Communication needs to be better.

For both the diagnostic and day of fixing the issues on my van door, I waited 90 minutes both times, despite having an appointment and dropping of vehicle before shop even opened on day of repair. It is funny, my husband said that I would wait 90 minutes so the shop can bill me for the time and he was exactly right almost up to the minute. This is very unfortunate customer service considering my vehicle is eight years old and I will be shopping for one in the next couple of years.
Nick listened to my concerns and addressed it and promptly. The issue is now resolved. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience.
James was very friendly and helpful. He Worked on my car Explained to me what he did , washed my car and explained to me what am expected to do and when. James you went above and beyond . Thank you so much for all you do.

1.5 hours just for an oil change is ridiculous. I was not told the service department was behind. I had a scheduled appointment at 1pm and didn't get me Car until 2:30pm. I was very disappointed and expressed my disappointment to my advisor. I was told then that they were behind. Your website advertises "Toyota Express Maintenance service that won't let you down and helps keep you moving" . I was very disappointed today and I'll come back one more time and give one more chance.
Being charged $180 to diagnose a wiper fluid motor, being told it wouldn't be cheaper for me to go get the part myself (I looked, it was 19$ online and I was charged 97$ by Toyota) i was updated ONCE in the four and a half hours I sat.
The price gouging is insane, communication awful. One thing I know is I will never return for service
Waited more than 90 minutes for a 25,000 maintenance appointment. 25 minutes was after I had been sent the multi point inspection results.

We have had several problems with your dealership. My 2023 car just came back with a new scratch and 2 dents. Please let me know how to proceed to fix this. Last time someone replaced my battery and didn't know what they were doing and blew some fuses- my car was there for almost a week. Another time I was told our squealing brakes were fine and after bringing it somewhere else a couple days later, I had brake fluid leaking out they were so bad. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else for service. Please let me know how I can get the dents and scratch fixed.

Neil was great in terms of talking with me about new tire alternatives and helping get my appointment booked. There was one issue with the invoice (incorrect vehicle mileage) that Neil was very quick to say he would try to straighten it out. The work done and the cost came in right on the estimate. All good!!
Poor follow up, car was there Thursday thru Tuesday. The supervisor was the one who returned my call to follow up for a pick up on Wednesday.
James interaction with us and the service he provided was excellent.
"Everyone gets approved" for Sunbit financing, except for people without a debit card. Even if you give them your bank account information. I didn't want that 31% interest rate anyway. Wasted 2 hours because they had to put the old battery back in and take out the new one since I wasn't approved. What a mess. I missed out on some overtime pay at work on an extra day.
