We have scheduled appointments twice. Both times, the staff had almost no idea what was going on and the correct parts were not present at the scheduled time. We ended up getting a free oil change today, but we are very disappointed with the results we've seen so far and definitely do not plan on returning to this location.

After my most recent service visit, the remote start no longer works, and the heated seats were unplugged because they were, according to the technicians notes, "in the wrong spot". These two features were aftermarket, but they were installed at this Toyota dealership. I would like to have these things fixed, as they were the reason I purchased the car in the first place. Brandon was great, as communicative as he could be with the information he knew.

The biggest problem I had was I called twice on Monday once around 2:00 between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. and again around 5:30 or so both times I was directed to the service department where I was told that someone would get in touch with me call me back I never received any calls back either day. By Monday morning I was pretty anxious about getting the car back or having transportation for my crucial doctor appointment. It all turned out fine but it was very maddening to not get a response back either of those times. Last but not least I forgot to bring the $100 coupon for having worked on that was more than $1,000 so that's my loss I guess okay bye
