Although I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, he was very thorough, friendly understanding and compassionate came in for oil change left with better feeling about my vehicle than I’ve had for at least a year now of course I’ll be back for break soon, but even though I was there for three hours today just for an oil change between the TVs, the comfy chairs, the snacks, the coffee, and the people I’d say you guys are pretty amazing

I dropped my car off the night before for a 7:45 appointment. I got notification at 12:15 that they were do a walk though and here was a video. They suggested it have two thing done on the app but nothing more. No idea how those two services would benefit my call. It became 4pm and no communication so I called had to leave a message get a call at 445 to say it's done and sending final bill. Upon receiving bill on app they suggest another service but no further explosion if this if effecting car and if it causing more damage to car. I think I am going to take it somewhere else to get a second option and hope they do a better job at communicating with there customers.

Both of my taillights were working prior to service, after service I was told one of them was burnt out. Also, my car is making a sound it didn’t make before, post service.

I would just like to say one thing when I went to pick up my car and went to pay they said it would be a few more minutes I then sat down for a hour and went back to the cashier she asked my name again and the other lady there found my paperwork on the floor.

This was my first service with a brand new vehicle I bought from Carlson Toyota. I enjoyed the experience I had purchasing the vehicle, and I am highly impressed by how quickly and efficiently my vehicle is handled today. Thank you, Matt! I am very happy with the space for customers to wait, comfortable chairs, entertainment, and a wide array of snacks as well as coffee in the morning. Well done!

Nick and his team were able to isolate the sensor that was indicating low tire oressure. It turned out to be the spare tire. The fix was to simply add air pressure to satisfy the sensor. This happened due to a sudden drop in outside temperature
