Nick was great and communicated everything within a timely manner. The maintenance staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. The only issue I had was with service/cash/front desk. When calling in to get transferred the staff seemed annoyed and put me on hold for a long period of time and never picked my call up so after 10 min hold I hung up.

I was satisfied with the work done. But they charged me for two remote batteries when I only had one replaced. I would like to get my 9.95 back, either a check or a coupon I can use at a future time. Scott Backman has been ignoring my calls.

Had an 11:30 appointment got out of there at 3:30. For a battery, check unacceptable battery under warranty. Your checking is very fast. But then you hide he vehicle. Nobody knows what's going on. Only person to talk to is the guy that checked you in. You cannot see your vehicle to see if anybody's working on it. Don't even know if it's in the same facility 4 hours later they bring me a bill with the battery on the bill. For battery plus injection cleaner. And a battery charger your upsell is something else should have just put the battery in before you brought the bill out Once you brought the bill out another half hour. Waiting for the battery to be installed you need to have one mechanic working on one vehicle. Not jumping around 4 other vehicles. From talking to other people in your waiting room They all seem to have the same reaction. Waiting too long for what should be done faster. Do you need to hire more mechanics
