Everything was fine - basic oil change and tire rotation. Only negative is the car wash did a terrible job. The back of the car was essentially unwashed.

Bought a brand new 2025 premium sienna in November. 21 miles. This was the 2nd visit to repair the manufacturing defects during the production. Super irritating. We expect more from a Toyota vehicle. Our next vehicle will not be a Toyota. We appreciate Carlson Toyota listening to our concerns and getting all the defects repaired.

Always happy with the service at this dealership, they have you in and out in a reasonable time frame and they're prompt, courteous and just overall kind. The make the surrounding comfortable for the customers who wait. Its a plus when they run the vehicle thru the car wash,really appreciate that. Thank you.

the scheduling person told us it would be a 2 hr appt so i elected to wait. At shortly before the 4 hour mark I inquired as to status..was told they were wrapping up paperwork. About 15 minutes later I was told it would be another 20 minutes. That turned into 40 minutes.. so my overall time was close to 5 hours. At one point I was told it was done only to find out it was someone elses car. Once home I noticed the sealant or coating was on my windshield. After leaving 2 messages for a call back I went into your facility. The person I was directed to was too busy to deal with me so I was told to queue up in the garage and force them to deal with me. How sad is that. Ultimately the issues were resolved but it leads me to wonder if I truly want to use your service dept vs going back to Walser.

Correctly diagnosed the rattling noise, requested approval before repair. I really appreciated the inspection videos showing and explaining the problem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thinking I will only ever have a Toyota or Lexus so I can use this trustworthy company

I was denied the car wash at oil change saying it’s closed, and later one of the Mechanic parked the washed car right beside me so I asked him and he said it’s ON. I went back inside and requested again and was told that it’s not for general public, I was not general public, had my oil change done and requested.

Always great service at Carlson Toyota! Hear a lot of horror stories or the pain of setting up service with other places and you guys, in all the time I've been coming there, have had mostly awesome staff and quality service. Very appreciated
