Start out needed help with my digital dash computer-- he was able to get me back to my normal which another dealer wanted me to leave mine overnight wouldn't even take a look at it at first to let me know if it was something they couldn't fix--he's knowledgeable,, courteous polite--he gives eye contact, asset to Carlson Toyota I will be back Carol P

Everything was good until Scott told me my rear wiper was torn. His price for replacing it was over $50. I declined and when I checked the wiper blade the next it was prefect with no tears. Either the tech needs more schooling or the service department is scamming customers. I hope not.

I asked for a car wash and they forgot, so I had to go back in after I saw my car. They forgot to put the sticker in my front window reminding me of my next appt. Front desk was amazing and very friendly!

Service is always great but EVERY time the time estimate is always at least an hour less than the actual time. Very aggravating. Again the service and individuals are always great.

Overall great service. However, the oil changes tend to be taking quite long for just a standard oil change. Not even a rotation. Showed up 5 min early. It took one hour 15 minutes. It would be nice knowing I could be out of there in 45 min roughly. Longest an hour. With a scheduled appointment, I feel that’s reasonable. Snacks and coffee great. Especially with a 4 year old who loves coming with. Thank you
