I had to speak to the general manager, so he could see how poorly our service person was extremely awful with communication. He made up a service we did not authorize or approve and refused to solve it and he believed splitting the cost of the inspection was fair. I did not appreciate his unprofessional behavior. I even left a message for the service manager, I got no call back nor was he available according to Nick our service person . I had to ask for a general manager, and spoke to him. He listened to what I was talking about and made the bill correct. I appreciated the way he handled the situation professionally, and effectively. Unfortunately because of the service guy nick, I will not be coming back.

Alex was helpful, honest and pleasant to work with. I hope to work with him in the future. Your method of scheduling appts is terrible. I had a 9:15 appointment and my car wasn't brought in to look at until 5pm in the afternoon. That kind of poor service is unfortunately what I'm coming to expect from this location.
