lol it was the first time I just had this experience! Got a tire rotation and Nick who was great sent me on my way in my just washed car! Came right back in as they forgot to wash it! Then they did but it was half done and dripping wet! They redid it and it was perfect! I started it up to leave and the maintenance sign is still there! Back in and told Nick and he got somebody and finally I headed out!

The auto glass replacement business has become so monopolized! I did not intend to have you replace my windshield because in the past it always cost more to have it completed at a dealership. I am s glad i made this decision. Safelite auto glass replacement has been doing false advertising for years. Almost every car on the road now need to have recalibration - they can no linger come out to my house or place of business and do that work as they now advertise. The whole job was completed at your dealership with no problems and I was kept updated as to when to expect my car to be completed. And the OEM glass has no defective areas in it. My friend who recently had his replaced by Safelite says there is an unclear area in the new windshield. He is a person who is hands on with very careful car if his vehicles. He is certainly disappointed. I loved it that I could have oil changed at the same time. And Carlson Toyota has always taken great care of my car!

Good service but took WAY to long I can change the oil and rotate tires in my garage in less than 30 min at the longest and it took over 90 min

Oil change went til they tried to sell a battery that was no where near warranted. They checked battery said I needed a new one. Good thing I did not do it for 300 dollars. Went to have it retested elsewhere tested just fine. Real unhappy about trying to upsell a battery to my 17 year old daughter. Never will go back for anything thanks for the effort though.

I thought it took a long time for just a basic oil change (1 hour 45 minutes). But the gentleman (sorry don’t remember his name) was very good and explained everything including watch for brake change coming. As my last visit did replace brakes I was confused and concerned something was wrong and not on my part. He left and returned with good explanation and even brought a sample to make sure I understood. I had rear brakes replaced this was front brakes. Also explained that I will have brakes rechecked on next oil change (10k) and we can review again. I left feeling better and stepped into my freshly washed car. Nice job.

The glove compartment would not close properly after the oil change. I had to return and a technician reinstalled it. All is well.
