More than 90 minutes got oil change/tire rotation is a bit much. I could go to a fifteen minute change at any fast lube establishments. I was not charged for the poor service which was nice. However, i have better things to spend my time other than your waiting room. I’m not sure I will be back. Also, i cant believe you don’t offer a couple no charge changes for buying a expensive car from you

There is more to just doing an oil change and tire rotation. Which was done quickly. Your staff always Pleasant and your wait area always inviting. The car wash so appreciated. The chocolate at the end of my visit is a sweet touch. See you again

Overall a great experience bringing my wife's RAV4 in today to get it checked out after the check engine light came on two day ago. Since the vehicle was purchased after being certified "gold" by Toyota, the thermostat was replaced at no cost. Brandon let us know that the dealer would stand behind the gold certification regardless of what was wrong when it was dropped off. Then he called to provide an update multiple times throughout the process to ensure we know what was going on. Will be bringing both my Toyota vehicles to this dealer until they give me a reason not to.
