Brandon Wright was AMAZING! This was my first experience coming to Carlson Toyota. Brandon was friendly and so quick to help when I came into the service department with a sudden, unexpected maintenance issue with my vehicle. While he was helping with my vehicle, he also kept me calm when I was clearly showing signs of stress & anxiety. I was in and out of the dealership with a new car battery installed in an hour! I still can’t believe it. I truly felt taken care of by your team and that they genuinely WANT to help their customers. I’ve always gone to a different Toyota local dealership for years — but after today, I most definitely will be coming to Carlson Toyota for all of my vehicle needs. THANK YOU BRANDON! He truly went above and beyond. Can’t thank him enough!

Took almost 2 hours for basic service. Also my vehichle report was lost. After telling them I had to leave they rushed and said to I needed to change my cabin filter. Service for car was promised 1hr 30 minutes. I did get update in about 30 minutes for recommendations which I declined service. Waited forever for someone to call after making 2 calls with no response for service advisor. Caused misconvinience. I had to look for a friend to drop me to check status of vehicle.

Please, return headlight settings to what they were when I arrived at the dealership. I have them set on auto and they were changed to off at some point during the service. The next time I drove in the dark it was a little while before I realized the headlights weren’t turning on. It created a stressful and potentially dangerous situation.

When I pulled in the garage no one was there to greet me. I then saw a man in the left corner on his phone watching videos. I got out and walked up to him and said hello, he looked at me as if I were bothering him and said a service member would have to help and wait in my vehicle with my hazards on. Then the service advisor came out and asked me if I was waiting. I said no I have a ride and he said ok it will be done at 3 or 4 pm. 8 hours for an oil change and a 20k miles check. Before I left I asked if it could be done by 2. I thought 6 hours should be plenty. I then had a couple of things come at about 11 30 am. I texted and asked if it could be done sooner. He said nope, it’ll be 2 pm. He was nice just thought 6 hours for an oil change was crazy. If I had told him I was waiting at the dealership I think it would have been done much sooner. Just because I left did not mean to take till 2 or 4 pm. I had also inquired about my windows being tinted that I purchased with the vehicle in la vista Nebraska. I called there and they said that any dealership could do the tint. This was never brought up and I forgot about it due to the things that came up. Any questions please call me at ****-****-xxxx. I would like to be contacted so I can get my window tint done that is already paid for. Thanks
