Usually I get a tech to go over the condition of my vehicle or inform if my brakes or tires will need to be serviced soon, etc. I got nothing. He said the video should show the details. No video was loaded. Only a video of around the car when driving it into the service garage. I guess I should’ve looked to see if the video was actually loaded prior to leaving.

Brandon’s service was great! Yet everything else was terrible! The driver’s side cv joint was clicking when turning left or right, so I brought it in. They couldn’t replicate it, yet the first 3 turns leaving the dealership I distinctly heard and felt it. I also have to pump up the same tire every week, yet both times they checked they tell me it’s just seasonal. We drive often to MT. We bought this car assuming it would be dependable. Now if the cv goes out on our trip with the grandkids in the car who knows where, I might get it replaced for free, but why take the chance if it may not be safe to drive it? Since when is a slow leaky tire too difficult to diagnose and fix? It’s not the sensor, two tire gauges confirmed the pressure. Why should I expect the cv to be handled correctly if a leaky tire is too difficult? FYI: my email is now yet I can’t change it because the old one is inactive and verification goes to the inactive email.
