Part of my 20k mile Toyota Care service was rotating the tires. They noted on the work order the tires were rotated, but the tires were not rotated (I mark my tires to confirm if they were rotated or not). On the inspection they noted my cabin air filter was “Yellow”. A bit perplexing since I replaced it 2-3 weeks before bringing my car in. No one looked at my cabin air filter. This experience gives me very low confidence in the Carlson Toyota service department.
