I had to bring my car in twice in order for your mechanics to diagnose it correctly. It is very concerning that your mechanics did not properly do the job the first time instead of fixing the problem they told me I needed an oil change and other work done. I had what was similar to a recall on my vehicle, but it is called something different. It should’ve been pretty easy to figure out considering I gave them the paperwork from Toyota describing the problem. Your staff member at the front desk was courteous and helpful. But otherwise, I have many concerns about your dealership and your quality of work.

Your check in guy doesn’t pay attention, when I checked the car in, I told him my name (Rod) and he comes out an hour later looking for Jonathan. The car is a Company vehicle (Jonathan Homes of Mn. Llc). Could he not figure that out? Or listen when I first introduced myself. Other than that I am totally satisfied with Carlson Toyota. Thank you Rod Kopischke

I had a 3pm oil change appointment that was told would be an hour. The techs didnt even pull my vehicle in until 4pm and took 45 minutes to complete oil change only. I missed my 4:30 appt scheduled after that causing me to reschedule and have to take off of work again to complete before my trip. This isn't the 1st time this has happened either. I have had my tires rotatedd before my oil change at tire shop right before oil change appt and told the tech not to touch the tires, rotate or add air. They don't listen and screwed it all up and had to get redone. It's frustrating. The service writer I dealt with today was fine and took care of it but it cost me 3-1/2 hours today and more time off from work for another appt.

Very grateful that every effort was made to get me in the same day I called. I had a problem and had to leave town a week earlier than intended to care for an elderly relative. I had almost 10,000 miles since my last oil change and would need to drive 1,800 miles to northern Washington. Once I explained my situation, I was told to bring my car in and leave it and they would get it done the same day. Very grateful!

Steven was able to diagnose the problem I was experiencing with my air conditioner before my Rav4 was even taken in for service. He seemed to know what was wrong just by my description. He also kept me informed about what was going on throughout the process.
