Taz Stewart was extremely helpful and friendly. She has an excellent demeanor and really went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken great care of. I asked her if my vehicle was able to be done by a certain time because I needed my vehicle to pick up my grand-kids and she reassured me that it would be done, no problem. I went back at the pickup time she confirmed and everything was done seamlessly. Please ensure that she’s taken care of with the proper acknowledgment of performing stellar customer service. Every time my car is serviced there, everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at Honda of Oakland, your entire staff provides impeccable service and always makes sure that everyone is well taken care of. I dropped off my car on Monday and when I called Thursday afternoon I was told it was halfway done and to pick it up Friday morning. On Friday, I arrived at 1030am and was told that they had not started working on my vehicle yet. I got it back a day later than expected.

Tommy Jeong is the greatest always takes so much care of me. I’ve suggested him to several individuals. They are all just as pleased with him. He’s so patient kind understanding he takes his time.
