Tommy was very helpful, but the 2 issues that lead me to seek out service for my Honda Prologue were not fixed. They are known issues and Honda is working to fix them

John Jeffries was very informative, very patient with assisting me questions about finding good quality tires for my old and hard to find tires car. Thank you so very much Honda of Oakland. Your service people is why I keep coming back. A criticism, your voice mail system is difficult until you get an appointment. No one knows if a particular person is in the office to answer questions. As an older, disabled person it’s difficult to come in person to ask questions. PS your parts department couldn’t answer which of the tires they found was best. I had thought they’d be the experts.

John told me my van would be ready around 2pm. I arrived at 4pm to pickup my van. I had to wait until 6pm to get my van. Not acceptable. I would have rather been told it would not be ready until 6pm. Or, I would have rather just left it overnight at picked it up the following morning.

I am absolutely disgusted by the price gouging that Honda is charging. I paid $1500 for a starter. I’m absolutely disgusted Ted I will be calling American Honda and I will be talking about you guys on Twitter.
