Gave me excellent customer service and was extremely professional. I appreciated his communication with me throughout the day regarding my vehicle and he has a very pleasant demeanor.
I went to Honda of Oakland for simple flat tire and the team spent 2 hrs going all thru my car (hood, trunk, etc) to find something else they could repair (upsell) instead of actually handling what I came for. Then it took them another 2 hrs to replace my tire, but only after I repeatedly insisted they spot going thru my car and just fix my tire. There is no reason I should have been in the waiting room for almost 4 hrs, when it was a 30 min task. . It felt like I was dealing with used axe sales team. Never ever coming to this shop again
John has helped me out 3 times now and I’m very satisfied with his customer service. I will ask for him by name or make an appointment with him for my future service.

The problem with the heat was not solved, although I paid for it.
Customer service when I brought the car in on a tow truck was terrible. They told me garage was closed20 min before closing time. They are apparently out of town and do not have any idea about how to deal with urgent situations. The staff at the service department were great other than making a mistake when telling me they had a tire and the tire they had was faulty so required a two day stay for my car just to replace tire.
