Thankful for my service today with Tommy Jung. Mr. Jung was not only accommodating with my schedule and travels as I live approximately 30 minutes away. Mr. Jung was immediately helpful with the overall goal of getting my vehicle serviced while also helping me identify which option worked best for me. This allowed for me to not feel overwhelmed nor anxious when handling the finalizations of vehicle maintenance, Mr. Jung helped me feel more at ease and able to make an informed decision that worked for me as a long term client with specifically Honda of Oakland. This experience reassured me that my travels are worth it for quality customer care and relations.
Look, I get transaction fees. But you know you’re screwing your customers over with a percentage fee. I don’t even know why I’m typing this because you know it’s a scam and you’ve never changed it. There’s no banks in rational walking distance and there’s no way around using a credit card unless you’ve seriously planned ahead or remembered how much you’re about to get charged. It’s really despicable that I’m already coming to you knowing I’m going to pay more for services there than other shops. But then on top of that, you steal an extra $50 just cuz I’m stuck if I don’t. I want good service and I generally feel like the work is good, but not so good I don’t feel like I’m getting robbed.
